Sarah Daniel, a 25-year-old artist from Detroit, MI, is a passionate, innovative, dynamic, and illustrative Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Fine Artist. Her artistic journey began at a very young age; second grade was when she decided she wanted to be an artist when she grew up. Nature, jewelry, fashion, photography, animals (particularly cats), and travel are among her varied interests other than any form of art. Despite her introverted INTJ personality, she finds joy in helping others and learning various subjects in her spare time. As a self-starter, she enjoys using her logical thinking skills, color theory, and photo editing skills to think creatively and strategically when it comes to anything marketing. Her designs are always centered around a people-first mentality and strives to create the highest quality designs while also making the clients vision come to life.
Sarah graduated from Alpena High School in 2016 with Magna Cum Laude, National Honor Society honors, and several scholarships from volunteer work and art to help her on her way to college. Sarah's academic path led her to an associate degree in fine arts from Alpena Community College, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude in 2018. Subsequently, she pursued her studies at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit a month later, focusing on illustration, portraiture, and graphic design. A life-changing experience occurred during her senior year when she battled a severe medical condition that almost cost her leg. Despite being diagnosed with the very rare condition May Thurner Syndrome, she persevered.
In May 2021, Sarah achieved her dream of walking across the stage and graduating from CCS with honors and a BFA in Illustration. Her professional journey includes a Junior Graphic Designer/Marketing Associate role with Bavarian Blacksmith Experience and Dragon Forge Experience all under Weston Creatives LLC owned by Forged in Fire fan favorite champion Josh A. Weston and his wife Lauren Weston, where she created marketing materials, posters, illustrations, and just about anything else that came her way. She's currently associated with Faycrest Studios LLC, collaborating on projects for Fortune 500 companies, marketing their game content, while also contributing to a Pac-man spin-off game.
Notably, in her freelancing endeavors, Sarah designed the official movie poster for "21 Miles in Malibu," a film by Emmy-winning director Nic Davis and executive producer of I, Robot and Catch Me if You Can, Michel Shane. Through her remarkable achievements and ongoing creative pursuits, Sarah Daniel continues to leave her artistic mark on the lives of other people.
